Do Day is the day to do something new. We believe it's the little things in life that make a big difference. Get involved and do something new on Friday 15th April. You'll feel better, we promise.

Follow our blog using the link at the bottom, and keep up to date with all you need to know about the project.

About Papergirl

Originally created by Aisha Ronniger in 2006 in Berlin, Leeds will be the fourth UK city for Papergirl.

2011 is Papergirl Leeds' UK debut and hopefully the first of many.

This is a not-for-profit, radical event that will happen this April/May in Leeds City Centre.

We need artists of all shapes and sizes to submit their work. All submissions will be shown in an exhibition at TestSpace Leeds' new space near the Reliance Bar.

After the exhibition, all work will be rolled into bundles, ready for distribution.

Papergirls (and boys!) will cycle around the city handing out the free artwork in the style of American Papergirls in a one-day event.

We need people to help with spreading the word, cycling at the event, submitting their own artwork and curating an exhibition.

YOU need to get involved!
