3 Days to go until Do Day

Why not share with us what new thing you plan to do this Do Day Friday?

Some ideas which came from the last Do Day:

Book that gym class or swimming session you keep intending to do

Try a new recipe

Pledge to start eating healthier for example eat fresh fish every week.

Go for a walk

No TV for a day

Take a different route

Leave work 30 minutes early

Previous Do Day

Our previous Do Day turned out to be more of a success than we anticipated, so when the opportunity came along to do it all over again we jumped at the chance. Here's some photos from the day of promotional material we put out.

Here we go again!

So because our first Do Day event on the 22nd March was such a success were doing it again! This time we want it to be bigger and better than last time. We're also going to be down at the Papergirl Leeds event with goodies for anyone who wants to come down! 'Attend' our event and do something new on Do Day Friday 15th April!
